SHAKTI refers to power or "The Force." In this level, you awaken the dormant force within to reprogram yourself at a very deep cellular level. We move on a journey from darkness to light. To make this journey fruitful, we clear our lower dark domains, including muladhara and the area below (legs area), to establish a solid foundation to support the rising. We also begin learning techniques that cause surges of Maha Prana, preparing for a Kundalini awakening and rising.

ABOUT SAMTEN

Samten Kriya is a senior student of Dr. Pradeep Ullal and began studying with him in 2012. In addition to this, she has been training teachers in Hatha Yoga for the last 11 years in most Middle Eastern countries and all of Southeast Asia (Yoga Alliance 200hr and 300hr and continuing education workshops). Himalayan Kriya Yoga has unlocked her abilities as an intuitive healer through touch and her voice, which she uses for private or group healing sessions.
