  • Acro Yoga

    A class based in the practice of acroyoga that combines the wisdom of yoga with the playful expression of acrobatics and the loving kindness of Thai massage. The class provides a wonderful opportunity truly experience trust, community and the chance to take your practice off the mat and into the air. No need to bring a partner or have any prior experience, beginners welcome.

  • Align & Empower

    Playful, deep, challenging, powerful inspiring and healing. Align in an intelligent heart filled way as we explore a new way to align your movement, play and practice and discover strength, fluidity and a new relationship with the body and mind, feeling free and more delicious than you can imagine.

  • Align & Play

    The same nourishing powerful delicious intelligent alignment from Align & Empower classes but explored even more playfully in movement and heart. Play, move, feel, align, discover!

  • Arm Balance

    Explore balance through breath and strengthening postures in a fun and challenging sequence of arm balances designed to teach you how to strengthen and balance with ease. You will be guided through specific techniques designed to strengthen your body, overcome fear and develop the balance required to achieve arm balances postures. Each class builds from the foundations – working from the ground up to ensure you achieve confident and safe arm balances.

  • Ashtanga Inspired

    If you love Vinyasa but find Ashtanga’s primary long seated sequence a bit boring, this class was created for you! Ashtanga Inpsired is the perfect “masala,” or mixture, of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga postures. In this 90 minute class, Ashtanga postures from primarily the first and second series will be mixed in a non-orthodox order, leaving more space for new challenges and surprises for both beginners and more experienced Ashtangis.

  • Ashtanga Vinyasa (Guided)

    Guided classes give beginners a sense of the structure of the practice. The teacher leads the class as a group with clear instruction on each pose & the breathing technique. Guided classes are great for learning how to practice and also for the energy that comes from everyone breathing and moving together.

  • Aum

    Learn the uses of specific mantra, meditation, and movement exercises that combine to alter the way you feel and move through the day. Each week will focus on a different theme: cleansing, abundance, creativity, and presence- pick one, or join for all!

  • Bhakti Flow

    We are vibrational beings. From the pulse of the heart and the wave of the breath to the echo of the sun’s roar, explore the energetic vibration in and around your body through practices of mantra, asana, qigong and more... all creatively combined to ease you into alignment, connection, union.

  • Breath of Awakening

    Following ancient and structured breath techniques (Pranayama) in a regulated and nurturing environment, we explore the intimacy of our true nature: compassion, self trust, wisdom, strength and the ability to undo old habits in order to reshape into an awakened You.

  • Gentle Flow

    Wake up with the sun, roosters and all the locals! Get out of bed, right onto the yoga mat and into your body! This soothing gentle class starts with sun salutations to greet the sunrise and focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. The classes will also include some basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and chanting.

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha Yoga is the forceful path of of awakening through balancing polarities and transcending separation using the body mind as a vehicle for the expansion of consciousness. A deep and conscious flow to explore and cultivate embodiment and awareness.

  • Moon Talks

    Delve into the archetypal themes of the new and full moon with our Astrologer, Chris. This new series of talks, held the day before each moon, is a chance for space exploration whilst staying firmly on the earth. Aligning with the lunar cycles can bring a deep sense of connection, understanding and meaning to your world. No level of Astrology is required to attend.

  • Myofascial Movement

    Fascia is the interconnected sensory organ that covers everything in our body – every organ, every muscle, every bone, even every muscle fiber. It gives us strength, flexibility and elasticity–though can be out of alignment due to everything from injury, to thought patterns, to different forms of repetitive exercise. This class will focus on unraveling, strengthening, and lengthening fascia while deeply calming the central nervous system. Gain benefits whether a new student or movement professional. Leave feeling light, calm and buoyant.

  • Mystic Healing

    Mystic Healing is a channeling that promotes physical, mental and emotional healing by clearing and releasing energetic blocks in our subtle bodies. The inherent potential of a human being become manifested, enabling to walk the path of harmony, peace and happiness. A hands on energetic meditation that leads us to our true nature: Love.

  • Qigong

    Learn how to move healing Qi (Energy), create a calm mind, an open heart and how to have a deeper connection with yourself, others and nature. Qigong provides an avenue in which Peter can assist individuals in the breaking down of these stories. As well as being a great source of exercise, Qigong provides enormous physical health benefits including improving balance, lowering blood pressure, quieting the mind through the use of movement meditation and has even been known to assist in the easing of depression.

  • RA Vinyasa

    Dynamic classes linking breath with movement, Vinyasa, or flow classes, build heat, strength, and flexibility, through intelligent sequencing of challenging asana (postures) creating more focus and presence in our lives. Students benefit from the encouragement of the teacher and the class, finding their own edge between challenge and acceptance.

  • Restorative

    A slow and thoughtful class with gentle movements and a focus of developing softness and surrender. A relaxed pace and attention to breath will allow students to develop greater awareness and foster a deeper sense of inner calm.

  • Roll & Release

    Roll & Release is a yin styled class of deep-tissue, facially focused self-massage. It uses myofascial release massage balls to access and release the tight and restricted areas in your body. Following the myofascial meridians, it eases and eliminates pain, increases flexibility and leaves your whole body feeling soft, open... and completely delicious.

  • Sky Yoga Core

    This class with target your abdominal core, hip core and shoulder core. It is a strength and conditioning class where we will get sweaty and create lots of heat. The class is set to energetic music and will increase your overall fitness. This class is meant for all levels but will be structured as a more intermediate class. Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to class for hammock setup and remove ALL jewelry.

  • Sky Yoga Flow

    This unique class uses the Sky Yoga aerial hammock in a dynamic sequence. We move from one pose to the next and link each posture with breath. This will create balance between strength and flexibility in the entire body, and the class is all tied together with a unique blend of yoga philosophy, music, meditation and pranayama. There is an acrobatic element to this practice and it is appropriate for all levels, beginner to advanced. Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to class for hammock setup and remove ALL jewelry.

  • Sky Yoga Therapeutics

    In this session the body is fully supported by the Sky Yoga aerial hammock and we hold poses for long periods of time to allow for rest and relaxation. This class will increase your flexibility in body, mind and spirit. This class is for all levels, beginner to advanced practitioners.   • Soft Evening Flow

    Tune into your body, breath, and sensation with a gentle flow sequence in Slow Evening Flow. Then, gradually slow your nervous system down with calming Yin postures to settle for the evening.

  • The Dao Of Yoga

    Heart oriented, spiritually inspiring and grounded in a deep knowledge of inner and outer alignment. Every action is a prayer, every posture is an offering while keeping the focus in a heart felt intention and the flow of spirit which is the breath. A deep and conscious flow to explore and cultivate embodiment and awareness. Drawing from different systems and methods of Yoga and Qi Gong; and inspired by The native Wisdom Of the Earth; The Dao of Yoga respects and honors the linage but never gets set into one form; adapting and embracing all of them as one living organism. Always changing, always evolving, always adapting.

  • Tibetan Heart Yoga

    Tibetan Heart Yoga nourishes the heart. The emphasis is on the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga. This is not an asana (physical postures) class, we'll be doing so called "inner practices" which include various concentration and meditation techniques, breath focus, chanting and some soft & gentle yet fun partner yoga. The aim is to open up our heart centre for a deeper connection with ourselves and with the others. This class is suitable for everyone - no previous experience needed. Just join in with an open & curious heart. Warmly welcome!

  • Yin Yoga

    Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues within our bodies, providing a deeper stretch through holding the poses up to 10 minutes in length.
Yin is suitable for all levels of students.

  • Yoga Beginners

    Beginners yoga is a class based on the optimal alignment of the body. The class is offered at a slower pace with the support of yoga props so that beginners can cultivate the body awareness required to do yoga safely. Detailed explanations are provided and questions are encouraged. The class consists of physical postures, meditation and breath work. A regular yoga practice will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus.

  • Yoga Core

    Yoga Core is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength, endurance and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. This is a class designed for all levels, beginner to advanced. Our mat classes emphasize spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core for improved coordination and balance. Yoga Core takes a balanced approach, using the bodies own resistance, so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in all daily activities.

  • Yogalates

    Yogalates is the total body workout. This is an energetic & fun mixture of movement from yoga & Pilates. The focus is on toning the glutes, thighs & stomach. Wake up your core muscles. Develop and stabilise your core strength. The class instructor Sanna goes back to her roots when she was teaching aerobics & Pilates in the late 80's/early 90's to some funky tunes with an inspiring beat.

  • Yoga Dance

    Put some flow into your down-dog with Yoga Dance Class. Explore your favorite yoga poses but in a non-linear dance style, with fresh music and sequences every class.
