For late check-out (after 12.00pm) a day use charge / late check-out rate will apply. This is subject to availability and will be charged directly to the guest.

The challenging times have forced us to make difficult decisions, including changing our refund policy.
If you wish to cancel your booking at any time, at the moment we are giving a "full refund-credit" issued by Radiantly Alive.
This credit is valid for up to 2 years.
Unfortunately, cash refunds don't currently apply.
