• Check-in time 2pm (14:00 hours).

• Check-out time 12pm (12:00 hours).

• For late check-out (after 12.00pm) a day use charge / late check-out rate will apply. This is subject to availability and will be charged directly to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

• The challenging times have forced us to make difficult decisions, including changing our refund policy. 

• If you wish to cancel your booking at any time, at the moment we are giving a "full refund-credit" issued by Radiantly Alive.

• This credit is valid for up to 2 years.

• Unfortunately, cash refunds don't currently apply.
