Tuulia Tuikku Virta

Tuulia is a Finnish wellness entrepreneur, yoga teacher, and sound healing practitioner based in Tampere, Finland. She has been working in movement and embodied wellness for nearly two decades and remains as passionate about it as when she first began.

She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2021, a journey that transformed not only her teaching but also her relationship with practice. Since then, she has been on a mission to bring the spirit of Bali into Finnish yoga culture—that unique blend of warmth, depth, and joy that makes every practice feel both meaningful and alive. Bali holds a special place in her heart, and she dreams of returning one day to complete her 300-hour training when her little one is ready to travel with her.

Alongside her YTT, she has trained in Yin Yoga and the Five Elements (65 hours), explored the FluidUS movement methodology, and holds certifications in Singing Bowl Treatment (Levels 1 & 2). She offers individual sound healing sessions as part of her holistic practice, weaving together stillness, sound, and somatic awareness.

Her teaching is rooted in the belief that sustainable well-being comes from listening to the body rather than pushing through it. She brings playfulness and gentleness into her classes while honoring each student's individual needs and pace. She is especially passionate about creating space for women navigating full and layered lives.

Tuulia loves collaborating with fellow yoga teachers and is genuinely interested in building community within the yoga world. She welcomes opportunities for connection, creativity, and co-teaching.
