Ratih Lestari

Ratih is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with specializations in vinyasa and meditation. She teaches from the heart, guiding others to find balance in physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth. She enjoys sharing her positive energy, knowledge, and joy with others through yoga.

She received a fully paid scholarship for a 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Radiantly Alive from May to June 2023. After graduating, she began teaching freelance private one-on-one yoga sessions in Kediri. She has since moved to Surabaya, where she now teaches group classes at a yoga studio.
