About the role
As Studio Manager, you’ll be the heart of our studio’s daily rhythm – stewarding a supportive, clean, and inspiring environment, while holding space for the staff, faculty, students, and visiting teachers. This role blends operational excellence, team leadership, and community care in service of Radiantly Alive’s mission.

This is a full-time, in-person role (KITAS can be provided if needed).
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily studio functioning: class scheduling, check-ins, cleanliness, and ambiance.
Orchestrate scheduling of shalas for classes, workshops, training, private sessions, rentals, online recordings, etc.
Liaise with teachers, healers, artists, staff, and customers to align expectations, and address needs, feedback, or concerns.
Coordinate weather-related adjustments and troubleshoot technical equipment and requirements as needed.
Ensure the studio remains clean, well-stocked, and inviting (mats, props, candles, sound systems, etc.).
Uphold and elevate our hospitality standards to ensure every visitor feels seen and supported.

Create and manage the monthly schedule of classes, private sessions, and events.
Maintain the schedule for last-minute changes or substitutes.
Update online schedules and communicate changes in teacher groups.
Coordinate teacher rotations for in-studio and online class offerings.
Arrange private class bookings and negotiate with clients and teachers.

Plan, coordinate, and execute in-studio events, workshops, trainings and community gatherings.
Support continuing education and short trainings at the Ubud studio.
Liaise with international guest teachers and workshop hosts to ensure smooth execution.
Support marketing with on-the-ground insights and promotion of events.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of special events (ie. International Yoga Day). Minimum 4 per year.
Coordinate and host weekly Saturday events as part of community engagement.
Assist in selecting and proofreading promotional materials for events.

Lead, mentor, and support our local staff in the front desk, housekeeping, parking and shop.
Foster a team culture of collaboration, presence, and accountability.
Supervise staff in upholding cleanliness, hospitality, and studio standards.
Coordinate internal communications between teachers, operations, marketing, and finance.
Organize and lead regular teachers’ meetings for updates, feedback, and vision alignment.
Celebrate monthly staff birthdays and foster a positive team environment.

Support teacher onboarding in collaboration with the Programs Director.
Review teacher CVs, conduct interviews, and schedule demo classes.
Maintain updated teacher bios, schedules, certifications, and class performance feedback.
Identify teachers' strengths and propose suitable class placements.
Attend and evaluate classes with low attendance or feedback issues to support growth.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding of healers and guest practitioners.

Track studio performance: class attendance, teacher performance, and event participation.
Prepare studio forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
Ensure smooth functioning of studio systems (Momence, payments, scheduling).
Monitor and manage inventory and supplies for both studio and retail.
Finalize rental agreements, manage inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
Coordinate with Revin for KITAS and legal documentation support for teachers and partners.
Remain available during emergencies, especially immigration waves or teacher absences, ensuring continuity and clear communication with marketing and community.
