About the role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be the voice and creative pulse of Radiantly Alive online. From planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content to tracking and analyzing performance, you’ll bring the essence of our brand to life across social platforms.

Collaborating closely with our Marketing Manager, teachers, and wider community, you’ll ensure our social presence is captivating, inspiring, and aligned with our mission to transform lives through yoga.

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, and digital communications

  • Proficient in Canva, with basic video editing skills (InShot, CapCut, or similar)

  • Creative, with a strong eye for detail and tone of voice

  • Familiar with social media trends and best practices

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Passionate about yoga, meditation, and creative storytelling

  • Based in Ubud, Bali
    This is a full-time, in-person role (KITAS provided if needed)

Who We’re Looking For

    • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop a content strategy aligned with business objectives, growth goals, and active offerings

    • Create an integrated content plan for all social media channels, tailored to what is relevant and engaging on each platform

    • Stay up to date with current trends, tools, formats, and features to expand brand reach and improve audience engagement

    • Manage active social media channels (Instagram, Mighty Networks) and co-create a plan to reactivate dormant channels (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

    • Schedule and publish planned and approved content across all social media channels

    • Capture and design engaging photo and video content (reels, carousels, posts, stories)

    • Write clear, authentic, and on-brand copy with effective CTAs and relevant hashtags

    • Edit videos (trimming, syncing, adding overlay text)

    • Manage content contributions and collaborations both internally and externally (teachers, students, photographers, videographers, and others)

    • Ensure brand identity and communication standards are consistently upheld

    • Work with the Marketing Manager, designers, and content contributors to coordinate content

    • Support collaboration posts with other creators on our Instagram channel

    • Discern which UGC should or should not be promoted on our channels based on quality and brand alignment

    • Keep shared folders and project tools (Monday.com, Canva, Dropbox) organized and up to date

    • Participate in weekly marketing meetings, sharing performance insights and project updates

    • Define KPIs with the Marketing Manager and ensure performance is tracked

    • Use performance data and analytics to create reports and extract insights to refine strategies and optimize growth

    • Share quarterly reports to guide improvement and planning
