About the role

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel strategies across all core areas of our business - from our world-renowned Yoga Teacher Trainings (YTT) and daily Ubud studio schedule, to our international retreats, alumni programs, and RA Movement, initiatives for our growing global community.


You’ll collaborate directly with key stakeholders to shape the voice and presence of Radiantly Alive - locally and internationally - and guide a passionate, Bali-based team in bringing the Brand to life.

  • 3+ years experience in marketing leadership, ideally in lifestyle, wellness, or creative industries

  • Strong skills in campaign strategy, storytelling, and team coordination

  • Confident with digital tools and anallytics (Google Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Klaviyo, AI, etc.)

  • Emotionally intelligent, organized, and proactive

  • A natural collaborator who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments

  • Passion for yoga, mindfulness, or personal development is a big plus

  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time, in-person role with KITAS provided if needed

Who We’re Looking For

    • Assist in developing short- and long-term MarComms strategies aligned with business goals

    • Guide the team in delivering thoughtful, high-impact campaigns (digital, print, experiential)

    • Use data & insights to refine channels, messaging, audience targeting, and creative direction

    • Ensure consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints

    • Approve and guide content across all channels (eg social, email, web, print, and PR)

    • Collaborate with creators, designers, teachers and alumni to tell authentic, compelling stories

    • Lead and support a multi-skilled team (social, email, design, assistants, freelancers)

    • Manage project timelines using tools like Monday.com, Canva, and Dropbox

    • Run weekly team meetings, provide feedback, share results, and foster a collaborative work culture

    • Oversee campaign execution & analysis across:

      • Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)

      • Website (UX, design, content, SEO, lead generation)

      • Email marketing (campaigns, newsletters, funnels, automations)

      • In-studio and community print promotions

      • Partnerships

    • Track KPIs and ROI regularly, adjusting campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion

    • Report monthly insights and performance to the CEO
