  • Proven experience in CRM and/or CRO roles, ideally in wellness or e-commerce brands

  • Strong English copywriting skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging

  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms, web analytics, and A/B testing tools

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Creative problem solver who can balance brand storytelling with performance goals

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles

  • Ability to collaborate within a supporting team

Who We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage sales-driven email funnels that nurture leads and drive conversions

    • Design engaging, on-brand emails that follow best practices for deliverability and performance

    • Write compelling copy that converts across newsletters, campaigns, and funnels

    • Continuously analyze email performance and optimize based on data-driven insights

    • Create monthly newsletters that align with brand voice + aesthetic, and business goals

    • Stay informed on trends in the wellness industry, benchmarking against top newsletters and email funnels

    • Lead and run the day-to-day CRO strategy across our digital channels

    • Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages

    • Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and heatmap tools (e.g Hotjar, Crazy Egg or similar) to enable performance insights

    • Translate web analytics into actionable optimization strategies

    • Plan, conduct, and report on A/B tests, applying findings to improve site performance

    • Implement CRO findings across all relevant pages of our website

    • Write clear, persuasive copy for web experiences that drive engagement and conversions

    • Conduct user research to inform UX/UI improvements and ensure customer-centric design
