We are seeking an organized, reliable, and service-oriented Assistant Studio Manager with strong experience in Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) support. This role helps ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our training programs are delivered with care and consistency.

In alignment with our commitment to staff growth, this position will first be offered internally before being shared publicly.

About the role

The Assistant Studio Manager works closely with the Studio Manager to support daily operations, staff coordination, guest experience, and YTT administration. This role requires strong communication, calm problem-solving, and the ability to manage schedules and logistics efficiently.

Salary Range: IDR 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years in yoga studio operations, wellness admin, or training coordination

  • Experience supporting YTTs or intensive program environments

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments

  • Proficient with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and training periods

  • Respect for yoga ethics, culture, and community values

Timeline & Training Support

  • Ideal start date: Early January 2026

  • Mentorship during the transition may be offered by Elena if needed

Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in daily operations across all shalas

    • Help ensure class schedules, room setup, and front desk flow run smoothly

    • Assist with guest inquiries with warmth and professionalism

    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

    • Assist with reporting, payments, scheduling, and internal systems

    • Act as a primary support contact for YTT participants

    • Coordinate YTT schedules with the Studio Manager and Lead Teacher

    • Manage training logistics: rooms, materials, ceremonies, assessments, and events

    • Support trainee onboarding, orientations, and daily communication

    • Assist with graduation days and certificate preparation

    • Help uphold program standards and consistency

      Note: You will collaborate only with the Studio Manager and Lead Teacher to avoid overlapping responsibilities.

    • Serve as a calm, approachable point of contact for students and trainees

    • Handle sensitive guest situations with empathy and clarity

    • Help maintain high service standards for retreat and training participants

    • Support special events, workshops, and studio gatherings
