The Integrated Body
Architecture of Ease & The Art of Self-Healing with Brett Wearne
2026 | December 2 - 7
Step into a deeply supportive learning environment designed to reshape how you move, teach, and inhabit your body. The Integrated Body is a comprehensive short training that treats the human form not as a collection of isolated parts, but as a brilliant, interconnected architectural masterpiece.
Across four immersive days, we move beyond generic sequencing to explore functional anatomy, biotensegrity, and neurological regulation in depth. We shift the focus away from chasing superficial, social media–driven posture aesthetics and redefine practice as a lifelong vehicle for structural sustainability—one that helps prevent injury and maintain vitality as we age.
You will learn to recognize your own structural holding patterns, safely navigate old injuries, and build a resilient personal practice grounded in deep physical awareness. Through focused morning masterclasses, grounding afternoon workshops, and restorative vagal activation breathwork, you will transition from effort and pressure into an enduring state of structural ease.
Learning Outcomes
Biotensegrity Mechanics: Understand the principles of biotensegrity and learn how to distribute load safely across the joints.
Therapeutic Rehabilitation (Tensegrity Repair Series): Learn to apply the Tensegrity Repair Series—a specialized sequence of gentle, biomechanically precise movements designed to reformat structural holding patterns, break down deep scar tissue, and re-establish core joint stability—to support the rehabilitation of old injuries and dysfunction while building structural resilience.
Autonomic Regulation: Master functional breathing mechanics to regulate the nervous system through vagal activation.
Structural Diagnostics: Receive personalized feedback through individual structural assessments to refine and improve your movement mechanics.
Informed Teaching Toolkit: Acquire a professional, anatomy-informed toolkit to enhance your personal practice and teaching methodology.
Prerequisites
Open to all dedicated yoga practitioners, bodyworkers, movement teachers, and individuals looking to return to physical activity safely after injury or burnout. A basic familiarity with yoga postures is helpful, but a curious mind and a willingness to listen to the body are all that is required.
