The Integrated Body
Architecture of Ease & The Art of Self-Healing with Brett Wearne

2026 | December 2 - 7

Step into a deeply supportive learning environment designed to reshape how you move, teach, and inhabit your body. The Integrated Body is a comprehensive short training that treats the human form not as a collection of isolated parts, but as a brilliant, interconnected architectural masterpiece.

Across four full immersive days, we ground our exploration in classical yoga foundations, moving beyond generic sequencing to look deeply at functional anatomy, biotensegrity, and neurological regulation. We shift the focus away from chasing superficial, social-media-driven posture aesthetics and redefine practice as a lifelong vehicle for structural sustainability—one that prevents injury and maintains vitality as we age.

You will learn to recognize your own structural holding patterns, safely navigate old injuries, and build a resilient personal practice grounded in deep physical awareness. Through focused morning masterclasses, grounding afternoon workshops, and restorative vagal-activation breathwork, you will transition from forceful effort and strain into an enduring state of structural ease.

Learning Outcomes

  • Whole-Body Awareness: Understand the principles of internal structural support and how to distribute load safely across joints.

  • Therapeutic Rehabilitation (Tensegrity Repair Series): Learn to apply the Tensegrity Repair Series—a specialized sequence of gentle, bio-mechanically precise movements designed to reformat structural holding patterns, break down deep scar tissue, and re-establish core joint stability—to effectively rehabilitate old injuries and dysfunction.

  • Asana Integration: Explore familiar yoga asanas using the principles learned and awareness gained in this training.

  • Autonomic Regulation: Master functional breathing mechanics to instantly regulate the nervous system via vagal activation.

  • Structural Diagnostics: Gain personalized feedback through individual structural audits to upgrade your movement mechanics.

  • Informed Teaching Skill-set: Acquire a professional, anatomy-informed skill-set to enhance your personal practice or teaching methodology.

Prerequisites

Open to all dedicated yoga practitioners, bodyworkers, movement teachers, and individuals looking to return to physical activity safely after injury or burnout. A basic familiarity with yoga postures is helpful, but a curious mind and a willingness to listen to the body are all that is required.
