What/who is your Inner Child?

Your “inner child” is a part of your subconscious that has been picking up messages from the people and circumstances in your environment long before you were able to fully process what was going on (mentally and emotionally). Your inner child holds emotions, memories and beliefs from the past as well as hopes and dreams for the future.

True adulthood relies on acknowledging, accepting, and taking responsibility for loving and parenting our own inner child. For most people, this rarely happens organically.

Instead, many of us have an inner child that has been denied, neglected, disregarded, abandoned, and/or rejected.

We’ve been taught that to become adults, we must ‘grow up,’ and put our inner child aside. This suppresses our child-like capacity for innocence, wonder, awe, joy, sensitivity and playfulness, and from this suppression, hurts, traumas, fears, and anger are born. The lack of a conscious relationship with our own inner child causes many behavioral, emotional and relationship difficulties. 

Learning to work with your inner child does not mean becoming a child; it is about reconnecting with the sincere, childlike part inside.

What you will get in a session 

During a session, we will activate and open the portal to your inner child healing, allowing you to meet and speak to your inner child, and initiate a release of the traumas and wounds from childhood that have been carried far too long. 

Through the use of powerful yogic practices, meditation, and complimentary activities and exercises, you will walk away with a better understanding of who you are without the stories you’ve created around your identity based on childhood experiences, conditionings, and false senses of self. 

It’s time to finally let go of the attachment to these stories of the past and open yourself up to limitless love and freedom. It’s time to say hello to your inner child, greeting him/her with open and loving arms.
