THE YOGA OF SELF LOVE
An immersion into self love

Feel into the freedom of learning to love yourself like never before. This immersion is a space for your soul to receive what it’s been yearning for. Together, we’ll journey through three elements of embodiment that lead to love:

• Accept

• Release

• Connect

We’ll move through an inward-focused yoga sequence. You’ll explore free dance technique to journey through your emotional body. There’ll be self-reflection, discussion, and sharing. Finally, connection and trust exercises will lead us to a deeper connection of core love energy within.

Ultimately, our capacity to offer our love and compassion to others starts with ourselves. When we learn to connect with this source, heal past wounds, and transform our pain into bliss, we then draw from this energy of unconditional, juicy love to gift to the world.

ABOUT SHAE

Shae is a yoga teacher, artist and writer with a passion for unleashing our wild hearts and expressing our true selves.

Inspired by teachers such as Wayne Dyer, Thich Nhat Hanh, David Deida, and Julie Daley, she leads from a place of raw honesty and compassion to facilitate a nurturing space for all.

Shae’s personal healing journey led to an empowered, inspired sense inner-connection, and a yearning to share these insights with others. Shae believes that we are all worthy of deep, juicy, unconditional love. In fact, it is our birthright, and accessible for all people. Sometimes we just need to guide ourselves back to this truth.
