YIN POWER YIN (YPY) WITH SOUND MEDITATION

Have you ever asked yourself should I do Yin Yoga after a yang (vinyasa/strong/hatha/power) practice? Have you ever asked yourself should you do yin before a yang practice? The answer to both of these questions is YES. I mean NO. Actually, I really meant MAYBE.

What is your intention? Or an even better question … why not do both!?

If you love your yin and your yang, join this hybrid workshop/masterclass to find balance in intention of sandwiching a powerful yet playfully creative yang style vinyasa in between some Yin Yoga. Learn and understand the principles of yin and yang as they pertain to our body and energy. We will also explore the benefits to the body and mind of yin have before and after a yang. Our practice will conclude with a special sound meditation of channelled vocals and crystal sound bowls by Kalilah.

ABOUT CHRIS

Chris Walker is grateful student and lover of yoga who shares his passion through teaching yoga around the world. For Chris, Yoga is union, and he believes that every person has the right to and can feel empowered to find, focus, and deepen whatever union they feel is important to them. This reinforces the belief that there is no right or wrong yoga.

His builds energy and develop strength through connected conscious movement. One of his goals as a teacher is to connect the dots between the sometimes overly complex yoga philosophies and deliver them in a grounded way that simply resonates.
