Renew and enliven your body and mind.

This workshop is specifically designed to support your kidney energy and be a tonic to tired adrenals.
Through nourishing Yin and Restorative Yoga, breath and energy techniques, mudras, a guided meditation and journaling exercises, we'll connect deeper to the power of our organs and all that may be stored there.
You'll experience the power of physical asana and practices to assist your body to greater health and wellness.

All levels of practitioner are welcome to attend.

Persia has recently returned to her hometown of Vancouver after 12 years teaching abroad. With her experience in a variety of trainings such as Bikram, Baptiste, Body Mind Life, Les Leventhal, Sarah Powers and Ana Forrest, Persia's teaching style is an eclectic mix.
When she teaches, it comes from the heart. Her classes differ according to the lunar cycle, the season, the group, or sentiment of the day. With deep respect to safe alignment and intelligent sequencing, Persia's passion in teaching leans more to the energetic anatomy of a practitioner.
