Hello, I’m Mark. My personal belief is that everyone can have access to freedom through movement. Teaching truly is a co-creation and there are no limits to the creative solutions we can implement.

The central pillar of my unconventional teaching style is an emphasis on making movement feel good, rather than seeking to adhere to the external ideal of a posture. Releasing external validation and finding our own sense of fulfillment is ultimately the liberation and happiness we’re all looking for.
