In this workshop, Anne will guide you through a variety of restorative poses in order to allow the body to relax and let go. Learn how to fully support the body with the use of props, and learn how to modify poses based on individual needs. Find out how Restorative Yoga rejuvenates energy in the body, calms the mind, assists in spine health, and the proper function of the organs of the body.

ABOUT ANNE WANDA TESSIER

Anne Wanda Tessier is a Canadian Yoga Teacher and Restorative Yoga Teacher trainer who shares various styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga.  Her calm voice guides you through a practice that is suitable for everyone. Anne's aim is to create a safe and welcoming environment, offering various options throughout the class. Anne obtained her RYT 200 in Bali, Indonesia in 2013 and obtained her Relax and Renew © Training certification with Judith Hanson Lasater in 2014. She has assisted Judith on Level 1 and 2 trainings and has led successful trainings and retreats in Canada and abroad.
