Master Qigong Practitioner, Doctor of Chinese Medicine and Teacher Peter Caughey is back in Bali to offer a Qigong Teacher Training Course. 

Peter has over 25 years’ experience in the areas of Acupuncture, Reflexology, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Qigong and Taiji Quan.  He runs teacher training's and retreats around the world, and is now offering an intensive 6-day teacher training. 

Qigong provides an avenue in which Peter can assist individuals in the breaking down of these stories. As well as being a great source of exercise, Qigong provides enormous physical health benefits including improving balance, lowering blood pressure, quieting the mind through the use of movement meditation and has even been known to assist in the easing of depression.

- Advance your daily health practice through gaining a deeper understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Qigong
- Learn Qigong medical applications & theory
- Complete 20 hours training using the 8 exercise Ba Duan Jin Qigong system
- Earn a certificate to teach Qigong system
- Develop your sensitivity of the movement of Qi (Energy) in yourself & others
- Deepen your understanding of the history, philosophy & traditions of Qigong 

During the Ba Duan Jin Qigong Teacher training you will learn Traditional Chinese Medical Theory and the medical applications behind each exercise, gain a deeper understanding of Qigong traditions, history and philosophy and earn a certificate to teach Qigong from the Forest Rock Taiji & Qigong Monastery School.  The course participants will gain a greater sensitivity of their own bodies energy field and will able to increase and move the energy around their bodies through this Qigong system.  Both Advanced Practitioners and Beginners being welcome to join the teachers training.


What to bring to the Qigong Courses

4. Own Pillow and 2 x blankets (RA have their own pillows and blankets but you are welcome to bring your own)
5. Bring your own lunch, if you don’t want to buy your lunch from one of the local eating-places
