Meat-free Monday, Vegan, gluten free, raw till 4, high carb, low fat - this isn’t a diet. Forget about what to eat, this is about HOW to eat. In this workshop, you will dive into the practice of mindfulness in a very real way. By bringing presence to eating, you will experience even more pleasure and nourishment from your food, and use this act that you do each and everyday as a doorway into everyday mindfulness.

How could you find health without following a diet or strict rules?
How could you enliven your senses and tap into the yogic presence in every meal?
What could this mean for the rest of your habits, thoughts, and lifestyle?

Shae will guide you with experiences, discussion, and deliciousness, where you’ll delve into the act of mindfulness like never before, to learn more about who you are, and who you could be. This is your chance to develop a healthy relationship with food, your body and your actions naturally, through the magic of mindful eating.

Shae is a yoga teacher, artist and writer with a love of all things health and wellness. Believing that living a mindful, creative and playful life is what creates vitality and joy, she rekindled her passion for through her personal healing journey from depression, anxiety and orthorexia. Delving deeply into the world of self transformation and mindfulness, she aims to share the insight, tools and gifts of self awareness and mindful practices.

Inspired by teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Thich Nhat Hanh and David Deida, Shae leads from a place of raw honesty and compassion to facilitate awareness and self enquiry in her workshops.
