MINDFUL EATING - OM NOM NOM! 

Meat-free Monday, Vegan, gluten free, raw till 4, high carb, low fat - this isn’t a diet. Forget about what to eat. This is about how you eat. This workshop connects you to the process of eating to experience even more pleasure and nourishment from your food. What does it mean to be present with your food? How could you enliven your senses through eating and enjoy food even more?

How could you find health without following a diet or strict rules? 

In this workshop you’ll be guided with experiences, discussion, and deliciousness, you’ll delve into the act of eating like never before. 

This is your chance to develop a healthy relationship with food naturally, through the magic of mindful eating.

ABOUT SHAE

Shae is a yoga teacher, artist and writer with a love of all things health and wellness. Believing that living a mindful, creative and playful life is what creates vitality and joy, she rekindled her passion for through her personal healing journey from depression, anxiety and orthorexia. Delving deeply into the world of self transformation and mindfulness, she aims to share the insight, tools and gifts of self awareness and mindful practices.

Inspired by teachers such as Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Thich Nhat Hanh and David Deida, Shae leads from a place of raw honesty and compassion to facilitate awareness and self enquiry in her workshops.
