Our world is shaped by the interplay of these two powerful energies – though they are rarely discussed and widely misunderstood. What are the direct and tangible differences between the two? What does it really mean to embody these energies?

Through two days of exploration, discourse, guided processes and movement, deepen your understanding of masculine and feminine dynamo to ignite passion in your relationships, your yoga and your life.

Three Major Benefits Students Receive from this Workshop:

  • A deep understanding of the invisible forces that govern our interaction with the world.
  • Tools to help redefine, understand and appreciate your relationships.
  • Find balance by reconnecting to the core of who you are.
