Explore Nada Yoga, the ancient spiritual art and science of inner transformation through sound and tone.

Singing and chanting mantras is said to be the most powerful and easiest way of reaching Shanti - peace of mind and self realization. Our mind easily becomes absorbed in sound. This is why we all - even infants and animals - enjoy listening to music. When the mind is fully absorbing the moment, a feeling of inner bliss arises.

Mudras made with fingers and hands, are symbolic, ritual gestures which have an energetic influence on the body and your mood. Mudras balance our energies guiding us further on the path to enlightenment.

The practice of mantras and mudras is accessible to anyone, and appropriate for people of any religion or spiritual aspiration.

No previous experience required – just come as you are to sing your heart out!

Sanna’s been singing, studying and chanting mantras (Kirtan) with Jai Utal, Vijay Krshna (Kirtaniyas), Kailash, Dave Stringer, Edo Kahn, Kevin James, Vasu Dev, Navad Kahn, Lama Marut, Cindy Lee and many more. She has also chanted ‘in the source’ with Hindu Priests in Kerala, India. Sanna has ongoing music studies of Classical North Indian Style chanting and harmonium playing.

Sanna explains how chanting is available to all: “regardless if you have a singing voice or not, you’ll reap the benefits; You feel instantly more connected & centered, calmer, happier and it simply feels good and is fun!”
