Surrender to sound. Warmly welcome to experience how sound and music can quiet the mind and guide us into a deep, meditative state of “losing self."

Nada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) is one of humanity's most ancient forms of supporting and harmonizing our overall wellbeing.

In this workshop we’ll be chanting mantras combined together with mudras (hand gestures/seals), to guide and direct our energy in a specific way, enabling us to center and focus. By surrendering to the sound we open up to the possibility to sense our own essence of being; spacious awareness.

This workshop is open for all. Come as you are - no special singing voice skills needed. Wear comfortable clothes. If you have a mala with 108 beads, bring it along.

Sanna Devi Dasi lives in the spirit of inquiry. She examines the world carefully and is fascinated by the fact how Nada Yoga can guide us on our path to whole different dimensions.

She was first exposed to Bhagavad Gita (The Song of the Lord) 35 years ago. The search had started which led her to countless trips to India to study the whole spectrum of yoga.

She has been a disciple of Lama Marut for the past 10 years.
Sanna studies Indian Classical Music. Her most recent trip to India was in February with the Kirtaniyas, to study Bhakti Yoga, Devotion through sound, chanting and music.
