Dance through the kaleidoscope of your emotions to find liberation and healing.

When we hold onto or deny our expression, this can manifest as stuck energy, physical discomfort, and even illness and disease in the body and mind. To connect with our physical form, and express all there is to be found, we are able to release that which we don’t need in a healthy and nourishing way. 

This workshop is a safe environment that will allow you to delve into your unique expression of the emotional body, in order to free yourself from stuck patterns, energies and anything else that is no longer serving you. You will be guided through free form movement, using the mindfulness of yoga to dive into the wilderness of dance. 

No dance or physical movement experience necessary. All that is required for this workshop is a body, and an open mind. Embody your own expression. Dance your way to freedom.



Shae is a yoga teacher and writer, passionate about mindfulness and movement. Exploring dance all her life, she continues to delve into cultural dance forms (Modern, Contemporary, Butoh, Traditional Indian, Ballet) and found a love for sharing dance with children and adults alike. Drawing from the philosophies of yoga, buddhist teachings, mindfulness and other therapies, she incorporates these insights into her movement classes and workshops to facilitate freedom and healing for all.
