Justin facilitates Ayurveda on retreats, teacher trainings and also provides Ayurveda workshops, talks, consultations and mentoring internationally.

Qualified as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant with the American Institute of Vedic Studies, he continued his practical studies over the years interning with Indian doctors at a highly respected Ayurveda PanchaKarma centre in Asia.

Justin's practice embraces Ayurveda, Vinyasa Krama asana practices, meditation, pranayama, applied work on consciousness (following Advaita Vedanta), as well as techniques in life coaching. He believes passionately in the benefits of Ayurveda and Permaculture, along with a personal Yoga practice in cultivating a truly sustainable, inspiring lifestyle.
