Have you ever wished your body was different? How often do you judge what your body looks and feels like? As our world, and our yoga, increasingly fixate on our physical selves (or postures), it’s no wonder we get swept up in judgment and insecurity.

Learn how your body is not a separate form to be forced or rejected, nor is it all that you are. Reconnect to the intuitive wisdom that knows how whole and perfect you are already.

Using mindful movement, exercises with yourself and others, and guided discussion and journaling, reclaim your love for this physical vessel that carries us through life. Examine beliefs and thoughts that you don’t need anymore. Let go of that which is holding you back. Feel free, loved, and enough - just as you are.

All you need is a body and an open heart, ready to love.
