Deepen your felt sense of Yoga.

When we close our eyes, we look within. We feel into the subtle sensations of our body, and move in more mindful ways. When you close your eyes during practice, you begin to trust yourself, and your body to move from intuition, whilst unifying the body, breath, mind and soul.

If you are looking to deepen your yoga practice, or broaden your understanding of your body, mind and entire being, this experience will be an opportunity for you to connect to yourself like never before.

You will be guided through experiences, postures and sequences whilst blindfolded. We’ll explore with the energy of curiosity, to open your sensitivity to the felt sense of your body. This workshop is designed for you to return to the inward awareness of yoga; to explore your practice from a different perspective.

Open to all levels of experience. All you need is a body and an open mind.



Shae is a yoga teacher and writer, passionate about mindfulness and movement. Exploring dance all her life, she continues to delve into cultural dance forms (Modern, Contemporary, Butoh, Traditional Indian, Ballet) and found a love for sharing dance with children and adults alike.

Drawing from the philosophies of yoga, buddhist teachings, mindfulness and other therapies, she incorporates these insights into her movement classes and workshops to facilitate freedom and healing for all.
