Ayurveda gives us ancient wisdom that empowers us to take control and maintain balance in our everyday lives.  Ayurveda is a holistic science, seeking balance between the mind, body and spirit.  In this one day Ayurveda Immersion Workshop, you will gain an in depth understanding of Ayurveda and how to incorporate it into your daily life.

  • How to use spices, herbs and essential oils to create balance in mind and body.




Wanderlust at heart, Lauren was born and raised in the United States. She has been studying, volunteering and teaching for the past 5 years across Europe, North & Central America, and Asia. Lauren is a 500-hour registered Yoga Alliance instructor & Ayurvedic Practitioner. She studied and practiced Ayurvedic Medicine, Therapies and Massage under Doctor Sreejith Kumar in Kerala, India

Her goal is to help you better understand your natural body constitution and any current imbalances, so you can live in harmony with your body, mind and spirit..
