24-POSTURE YANG STYLE TAIJI

The famous 24 posture Yang Style Taiji Form is probably one of the most practised Taiji forms in the world today. It is simple to learn and has a number of health benefits, besides helping you to be calm, stress-free and have a quiet mind.

The practice helps to promote the movement of energy inside your body, while increasing life force. It creates vitality, stamina, happiness, contentment, calmness and a peaceful mind. If you have always wanted to learn Taiji, this is your chance.

 

There are three levels to this teachers training certification program:

  1. The foundation level consists of 20-hours of Qigong teacher training

  2. The intermediate level consists of 500-hours 

  3. The advanced level is 1000-hours.

This program is designed to be as accessible as possible for everyone at any level.

COURSE CERTIFICATION

At the end of each course you will receive a certificate from the Forest Rock Taiji & Qigong School. This course gives each student 35-hours toward your 200-hour Certified Forest Rock Taiji Teacher Training qualification.
