SURABAYA YOGA

More than forty Indonesian yogis gathered for a Vibrant Living Yoga Intensive weekend at Prima Donna yoga studio. Cultural and language differences quickly faded as the spirit of yoga brought all together in fun and harmony. Enthused, the local organizers are now planning a Surabaya retreat and mini-teacher training.

Art of Vibrant Living Retreat

From the daily morning yoga, to the Vibrant Living sessions, to the bursting flavors of the Organic Living Foods cuisine, to the early morning sunrise on Gunung Batur, our Art of Vibrant Living Retreat last August was a delightful event.

Paul Benhaim, Australia’s leading Lifestyle Coach, author, speaker, expert in Hemp and nutrition, joined Daniel for the retreat, not only as a co-facilitator but as the retreat’s chef, nourishing us with all things bright, fresh and delicious throughout the retreat. We had an amazing time.

News of our 2007 Retreats will be posted soon, so check back often for updates.

January 2007 Newsletter

Our news is good news. It’s rainy season in Bali and it’s barely raining. Durian season this year is particularly good (though if you don’t like the smell that might not be such good news). Even without much rain, we’re quite internal - planning and scheming. What can we do to get you more and more excited about life? Much is in the works.

The 2007 Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training and Intensive is quickly filling now and promises to be the yoga event of the century. I’m already envisioning and interviewing potential teachers for 2008. What a gift to create magic with the world’s best yoga teachers here in the tropical paradise that is my home.

Sharing yoga and ways of living vibrantly, while based in Asia, provides me diverse opportunities. I’ve recently been to Surabaya for a yoga workshop with 40 Indonesian students, in October I gave retreats and workshops in Europe and in two weeks I’ll share Vibrant Living Yoga in Japan for the first time.

Wherever I go people are excited about life. They’re taking steps to polish their shine. This inspires and delights me. I’m thrilled that I/we can provide opportunities for people to glow brighter and brighter. Each step we take is a step for all of humanity. We have every reason – and responsibility – to be optimistic.

  In love and service,
Daniel Aaron

2007 Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training

As everyone involved last year can attest to, our first ever 2006 Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training was an amazing experience and set the bar high for future events. On this solid foundation, we’re taking the 2007 to great new heights.

Our Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training will be held again in the tropical luxury of Anahata Villas this upcoming May 20 – June 17, 2007. This multi-style residential intensive dives into today’s modern Yogic styles, including Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Iyengar-style and more.

Magic happens as every component and detail is top caliber: exceptional guest faculty; asana and traditional yoga methodology; ancient scripture in a contemporary context; the natural beauty of the tropics; the quality accommodations of Anahata; the highest vibration, tastiest organic/living food; meditation (accepting what is); healthy super chocolate; music; friendship and much more.

Our 2007 guest faculty includes:
