Yoga Classes

Acro Yoga - Level Open

A class based in the practice of acroyoga that combines the wisdom of yoga with the playful expression of acrobatics and the loving kindness of Thai massage. The class provides a wonderful opportunity truly experience trust, community and the chance to take your practice off the mat and into the air. No need to bring a partner of have any prior experience, beginners welcome.


Arm Balance Foundations - Level Open

Explore balance through breath and strengthening postures in a fun and challenging sequence of arm balances designed to teach you how to strengthen and balance with ease. You will be guided through specific techniques designed to strengthen your body, overcome fear and develop the balance required to achieve arm balances postures. Each class builds from the foundations - working from the ground up to ensure you achieve confident and safe arm balances.


Asana Lab - Level Open

The purpose of Asana Lab is to support students in becoming independent practitioners. Noga's classes combine a led warm-up with a workshop-style investigation of poses. Asana lab is a collaborative practice where participants work together to explore different poses in detail and can include the use of props, walls and partner work. Classes explore the idiosyncrasies of each pose and are structured in a way that open the body, mind and inner intelligence.


Ashtanga Inspired - Level Open

If you love Vinyasa but find Ashtanga's primary long seated sequence a bit boring, this class was created for you! Ashtanga Inpsired is the perfect "masala," or mixture, of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga postures. In this 90 minute class, Ashtanga postures from primarily the first and second series will be mixed in a non-orthodox order, leaving more space for new challenges and surprises for both beginners and more experienced Ashtangis.


Ashtanga Vinyasa - Led Classes

Guided classes give beginners a sense of the structure of the practice. The teacher leads the class as a group with clear instruction on each pose & the breathing technique. Guided classes are great for learning how to practice and also for the energy that comes from everyone breathing and moving together.


Contemporary Dance - Level Open

This contemporary dance class is a blend of different styles. We'll work on coordination, strength and alignment of the body. With emphasis on working with the body instead of against it, finding its natural flow and making movement effortless and fun. In comparison to the Release Technique class the Contemporary Dance class will be mainly standing upright (less floor work). The flowing dance exercises will result in being able to dance choreography, even for those without dance experience. Class is open for all levels.

It is recommended to bring socks.


Core Yoga - Level Open

A dynamic class consisting of traditional and innovative sequencing to teach your body how to ground to the earth in order to support a healthy spine. The class is characterized by a flowing sequence consisting of planks and balancing postures to stabilize "the core". The core of the body is the lower back, abdominals, pelvic floor and psoas. This class will challenge students by raising the bodies internal temperature leaving you feeling strong, energized, centered, and focused. Tap into your physical center in order to tap into your spiritual center.


Dance Improvisation - Level Open

In this dance improvisation class we explore the infinite possibilities of the moving body in time and space. By limiting ourselves we discover our existing patterns and find new ways, learn how to explore movement in ways we've never done before. Every class will be focussed on a theme like space, theme and variation, partnering, etc. If you feel like just dancing, having fun and finding more possibilities and freedom in doing so, this is the class for you!

It is recommended to bring socks, a long sleeve shirt and long trousers.


Fly High Yoga - Level Open

With the aid of gravity and the Hanging Yoga Belt, learn how to lengthen the spine and increase your flexibility. The hanging Yoga Belt is a fantastic tool to perform restorative inverted poses, and to intensify ground Yoga poses as well. It relieves tension in the muscles, elongates and decompress the spine, and increase flexibility.


Gentle Flow - Level Open

Wake up with the sun, roosters and all the locals! Get out of bed, right onto the yoga mat and into your body! This soothing gentle class starts with sun salutations to greet the sunrise and focuses on an exploration of basic yoga poses and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. The classes will also include some basic pranayama (breathing techniques) and chanting.


Hatha Yoga - Level Open

Hatha Yoga is commonly translated as the yoga that brings union "of the pairs of opposites." These innovative classes focus on alignment and embody a meaningful theme. By bringing attention to key principles of alignment, students are able to learn effectively, progressively move toward a deeper apex posture, and find their growing edge. Over time students can expect to be introduced to the full breadth of asanas. There is no set sequence of postures. Flowing sequences are combined with poses that are held for longer periods to encourage both alignment awareness and freedom of movement. Props and modifications are offered when necessary to help make poses accessible to students of all abilities.


Iyengar Inspired - Level Open

Learn how to align the spine by working with the extremities, which increases mobility, stability and strength. Feel the life force flowing everywhere equally, beyond physical and imaginary boundaries All the different types of yoga that Jose has practiced over the years have helped to develop his own individual approach and style, bringing rhythm and flow to the classes. Based in the Iyengar yoga style and with his background of Tai Chi, he blends the art of asana with the science of effortless movement of Tai Chi.


Kids Yoga - Level Open

Kids Yoga is a class where we learn together to move, stretch, hop and even meditate. Because kids are great teacher, when given the opportunity So we redefine yoga practice, make up poses names and sequences, follow stories and songs, and mainly move with fun and confidence.


Mysore Style - Ashtanga Self Practice

Self practice or “Mysore style” is the traditional method to practice Ashtanga Yoga in India. Students work through the sequence at their own pace and according to their own ability – guided by the watchful eye of an experienced teacher who will give individual hands on adjustments.

Mysore is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners and it can be usefully combined with Ashtanga led classes to ensure that students fully understand the sequence, use correct alignment and breath control.

New beginners at Mysore classes will be given the necessary tools to quickly absorb Ashtanga fundamentals and develop a personal practice that is safe, challenging and rewarding.

Pilates - Level Open & 1/2

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength, endurance and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. This is a class designed for all levels, beginner to advanced. Our mat classes emphasize spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core for improved coordination and balance. Pilates takes a balanced approach, using the bodies own resistance, so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in all daily activities

Radiantly Alive Yoga - Level Open

Radiantly Alive Yoga, based in vinyasa, uses music, challenging asana (posture), spiritual insight, pranayama (breath exercise), meditation, humor and yogic themes relevant for the modern yogi, to enrich the student's experience and cultivate awareness. Classes are eclectic, fun, inspiring and enlivening.

Restorative - Level Open

A slow and thoughtful class with gentle movements and a focus of developing softness and surrender. A relaxed pace and attention to breath will allow students to develop greater awareness and foster a deeper sense of inner calm.


Release technique - Level Open

Release technique is a contemporary dance technique whereby we work from the bone structure rather than from muscular strength. By releasing unnecessary tension and thoughts we allow ourselves to move with ease and joy, even when performing vigorous movements at high speed. Participants will experience flow in movement and will discover their body is capable of much more than they might have expected.

The class is open for everyone who feels like moving and discovering new movement quality. The class allows all participants to benefit according to their own level. The skills thought in this class will be beneficial to other practices as yoga, martial arts, dance and sports. Above all participants will achieve a level of physical and mental relaxation that benefits their daily life activities and state of being.

Salsa - Beginner

In these classes, you'll learn the basic foundations of Salsa … most importantly, how to listen to the music so you can step to the timing. We'll cover basic steps, turns, and body movements in a fun and lighthearted environment. No experience necessary, just a willingness to let loose.

Salsa - Intermediate

Ready to move beyond basic steps? In each class, learn and practice new variations of various steps and turns called combinations. As you master more and more of the skills being taught, you will be able to start creating your own combinations. This will help you to dance in deeper connection with your partner, and enjoy the music.

Tibetan Heart Yoga - Open

Tibetan Heart Yoga is a gentle asana practice with a strong focus on the breath and different meditation techniques. It combines the traditional Indian asanas (postures) with authentic visualizations, meditations and breath practices of Tibetan Buddhism. Historically, when Buddhist teachings traveled from India to Tibet, the Yoga Sutras and related yogic teachings were transmitted at the same time. Hence, the Buddhist lineages of Tibet have always considered yoga a key aspect of Buddhist practices. Tibetan Heart Yoga emphasizes the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga as being of equal importance as the postures.


Vinyasa - Level Open

1/2 & 2/3 Dynamic classes linking breath with movement, Vinyasa, or flow classes, build heat, strength, and flexibility, through intelligent sequencing of challenging asana (postures) creating more focus and presence in our lives. Students benefit from the encouragement of the teacher and the class, finding their own edge between challenge and acceptance.


Yin - Level Open

Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues within our bodies, providing a deeper stretch through holding the poses up to 10 minutes in length.
Yin is suitable for all levels of students.


Yoga Beginners - Level Open

Beginners yoga is a class based on the optimal alignment of the body. The class is offered at a slower pace with the support of yoga props so that beginners can cultivate the body awareness required to do yoga safely. Detailed explanations are provided and questions are encouraged. The class consists of physical postures, meditation and breath work. A regular yoga practice will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus.


Yoga Dance - Level Open

Put some funk into your down-dog with Relinde's Yoga Dance Class. Explore your favorite yoga poses but in a non-linear dance style, with fresh music and sequences every class.



Therapy Class

Roll and Release - Level Open

A body-mind centred class to help open and release the connective tissue (fascia) in the body in a direct way. Utilizing props such as tennis balls, blocks and mats in commonly congested areas of the body also known as trigger points helps to restore fluidity to day to day movements, while calming and bringing the mind to the current moment and space.

Classes are artfully designed to meet, challenge and inspire students at all levels. Variations to move deeper will be offered for students with more experience, and guidance and information for those newer to yoga


Suitable for both beginning students as well as more experienced students. Develop body awareness, refine proper alignment while moving through strong asanas. Variations offered as a way to explore deeper levels of practice. Experience the connection between breath and movement, and cultivate a connection to your physical and energetic body


Suitable for intermediate and advanced students. Emphasize strength, stamina, and mindfulness. From a solid foundation of sun salutations, vinyasa technique and understanding of asanas, students can expect to be playfully challenged in deepening their practice as well as the connection between physical and energetic body.
