Acacia Jade

bali yoga instructorAcacia's yoga journey began as a way to heal from injury but she soon realized that yoga is much more. Not only does it energize and heal the body, it clears the mind.

Acacia see's her yoga practice as a way to face her personal challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth. She has trained in Canada, Mexico and the United States. She is very grateful to have studied with a number of teachers from different backgrounds which she has molded into her own unique style....

"I feel very blessed to be doing what I love; teaching yoga. As a teacher I challenge my students to surrender and become more aware of each movement, each emotion, and each breath. I love sharing what I've learnt with others, pushing my students to their edge and encouraging them to integrate yoga into every aspect of their life. Trust in your body and your ability, and you can do anything."
