Position: Marketing Manager for Radiantly Alive, Ubud, Bali

Radiantly Alive (RA) is a Bali-based company specializing in holistic health and wellness. RA includes a stunning yoga studio, teacher trainings, and a range of quality products and services. In the studio, RA offers daily yoga and movement classes, holistic therapies, raw foods, workshops, trainings and health products. Additionally, RA provides residential, intensive yoga teacher trainings and raw chef trainings. This position will include the marketing of all areas of Radiantly Alive's services and products.

We are seeking candidates who possess both experience and the drive to develop creative and strategic marketing strategies. Previous experience in marketing holistic health and wellness is an asset, but not essential.

The Marketing Manager will be expected to take a leading role (working collaboratively with the leadership team) in:

The design and implementation of a short and long term marketing plan based on research and an understanding of current global and regional trends
The development of effective marketing campaigns
The development and publication of promotional materials (online and print)
The utilization of social media, blogs, and audio / video format
Increasing the RA network and database
Managing website content and activity

Qualifications:

Marketing experience (preferably in the realm of holistic health and wellness) including online marketing
Interest in and understanding of market trends and research methodology
Computer literate
Effective communication skills both in written and spoken English
An ability to work both independently and in team settings

Position: Indonesian Marketing and Graphics Assistant

Radiantly Alive (RA) is a Bali-based company specializing in holistic health and wellness. RA includes a stunning yoga studio, teacher trainings, and a range of quality products and services. In the studio, RA offers daily yoga and movement classes, holistic therapies, raw foods, workshops, and health products. This position will include the marketing of all areas of Radiantly Alive's services and products.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Assistant will be required to assist with:

Development of content and design for promotional materials (website, posters, flyers etc)
Liaising with website developers, printers and social media consultants
The development and publication of promotional materials (online and print)
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and service offerings
Researching market trends locally and internationally and developing appropriate marketing strategies

Skills, experience and attributes required:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Fluent English
Competent with Adobe CS
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of organisational skills and a systematic approach to work
